The "To:" folks should be correct before people start signing this. Looks like you did a copy/paste job off a website or something. Spruce it up and I'll sign it.

  Any suggestions would be appreciated as to who the "To" should be addressed? I see no problem as it stands but I do not see everything.

The only copy/pasting is the bit from the news article quoting Nissley.
