Monica Mertens, the current PFC Milford OH director, well whatever... What's the world coming to? How many directors does a drug treatment program go through in a year anyway? 5? 10? 25? 1? Aren't there programs out there where it's the same director for years and years or at least for a whole year or two? This constant director switching PFC does would be a RED FLAG if anything, you know... for a parent who was really interested to learn about a program's integrity. There's no damn way there's any continuity at PFC these days... NO WAY!!!!!!!!

notorious "model" drug treatment programs in Ohio. If things could get
any worse......
