Title: Immediate Attention for Admin staff

As of today I'll no longer continue in my role as a moderator. I wish the following to occur:

1) The FQ/A forum I'd like to be given to Covergaurd/wiki researcher and Ursus.

2) The YLF forum is to be deleted after the threads sent to the TTI forum.
