Really, it's not. Its authors seem to think that racist=funny. The writing is garbled, and they seem to be having a completion over who can write the word "fag" the most. This description makes it sound more interesting than it is, like a bit of juvenile, hard-boiled, say-anything rants.
It isn't. Write fag, and nigger, and Jew-bitch on cards. Do the same with some prepositions, nouns, and verbs. Throw them up in the air. That's the sentence quality and analysis level you'll find.
Who started this thing and why? What is it supposed to be for, or whom?
Really, I'm curious. I'm guessing this is s’posed to appeal to my age-group...What am I missing? Is it all a private joke that's only funny and interesting if you're in on secret information....It's just so bad. Really, unless the authors have some sort of disability, they should be embarrassed they've produced that their writing for a creative enterprise.

If you can't see the satire there around the epithets you're either hypersensitive or trying to act like saying a bad word negates the other words around it.
Lets face it, its funny to mature people that grown adults act like little kids and go OMG A BAD WORD when someone announces and billboards that they say such words to make people mad, and then get mad at them in such a predictable way!
Honestly, if I say "Im going to say a racist word to make you mad" and you react to someone uttering one, you're a baby and deserve to get mad and mocked for it.

It would be satirical if they found a tape of Ted Haggard in bondage leather and posted it. it would be satire if they showed one of the moralists they are allegedly harpooning cheating on the wife or beating the kids.
but anyone can just think of a bunch of "rude" words, put them on the net and claim that those who legitimately question the merits just don't get it. Perhaps it is all to well understood because it is unfunny and lame.

Did you see the banned Warner brothers cartoons made during ww2?
The "black people are funny and dumb" ones weren't as creepy as the anti-"jap" propaganda, considering how many Japanese civilians were killed during the "lesser evil" Hiroshima bombings.
The cartoon ends with lots of Japanese people dying, not "cartoon" dying where they get up again, but really, really dying. Their death was the punch line to a joke. It was really scary because the "feeling" the flick broadcast was "hate" i.e. George Orwell's "hates" (think that's the word) where Oceana party workers get together to “hateâ€

The Nazi regime used the reasoning that the Jews were destabilizing the economy and monopolizing jobs as a reason to discriminate against them.
The KKK used similar tactics, humor was a big one, taking white mens jobs was another. When interviewing KKK members they really felt they were not prejudice against black people but merely standing up for their rights or just having fun claiming most northern people didn’t get the joke or lacked a sense of humor.
As a society we tolerated this believing the right thing was being done, but as we all know it wasn’t just humor or immaturity it was hatred with a veil over it and that is what is going on here. These are not just “Dumb Blond” jokes it is hatred and no matter how you phrase it this will not change the fact that it hurts people.

The intention may be what you say. But we all know Niles actively spreads pornography and hate on the internet or at least here on fornits. So having Niles being associated with the site or recommending it is like a level 3 sex offender recommending a babysitter. It makes it difficult to believe the site is intended for anything else than to hurt people.
I guess if they could get buy in from some of the jewish and black organizations that it is all in good fun than it would be worth a closer look. But I would suspect that you are just seeing what you want to see, psy, and are not sensitive to the fact that it hurts people.

Lets say they put a picture of you, psy, and your family up on a poster board for everyone to see and you had no control over what was written on that board and all the staff at Benchmark wrote comments on it saying your father looked Gay and pointed out some of his features and then said your mother looked like a lesbian, look at the way her hair is fixed or the way she is dressed, made fun of her breasts or weight. If you had any brothers and sisters they would make similar comments about them also. They placed this board in a place for everyone to see and then they posted it on the internet for your family to witness also and their neighbors and friends.
What you are saying is this is okay as long as all the staff members viewed it as a parody and was done in jest. Does this make it okay? Because this is what you are saying.

well according to ED, I AM from the most troll-infested city on the planet (Boston), but my intention is not to come on here and troll at all. trolls just turn the entire conversation into an excuse to rail on everyone and be a little douchebag (sounds a lot like Encyclopedia Dramatica actually...). I'm maintaining the course of the conversation and simply stating how I feel about niles and this little site. to reiterate, niles is a self-righteous douchebag and this little site, ED, is just another copy-cat of thoroughly pointless sites like UrbanDictionary and JuicyCampus, which exist solely to be convergence-centers for douchebags like niles to talk shit and then pretend they're not trying to offend anyone.
I'd say an important part of parody and humor is being creative and original...none of that going on over at ED, that's for sure...

‘Post-modern racist humor” is an interesting topic. It entered the pop psyche with "All in the family."
