I am looking for a commercial [enterprise grade] company to provide DNS services.    Any recommendations?   [i.e. mx records to box x, different cname to either an IP [that maybe dynamic] or another nameserver

Yeah, check out BareMetal.com. They resell DNS for TwoCows and they have a killer domain management component at http://domain-dns.com/ (http://domain-dns.com/)
