Title: Does anyone know if any Staff from RMA have been sued?

i'd think it's doubtful...i know that my parents signed away their parental rights when they brought me there (literally). so i don't know if it's possible. just one girl's opinion.

You would have to start with your parents since they were acting on your behalf at the time: giving CEDU poa over you, etc. I also think that the SOL runs out 3 years after the child turns 21, unless the act can be found criminally negligent in court. Make sense?

Post by: try another castle on January 10, 2008, 10:01:33 PM: The only suit I know of is a civil suit between two staff (Twila and Richard), cause Richard raped her. I am not sure why it was civil and not criminal, however.
