Looking for any information on any personal or class action lawsuits directed at anyone specifically from RMA previous to 1993?

i'd think it's doubtful...i know that my parents signed away their parental rights when they brought me there (literally). so i don't know if it's possible. just one girl's opinion.

What about your rights though? Last I checked child abuse didn't have a statute of limitations.

I don't think that you can sue any longer. You would have to start with your parents since they were acting on your behalf at the time: giving CEDU poa over you, etc. I also think that the SOL runs out 3 years after the child turns 21, unless the act can be found criminally negligent in court. Make sense?

Stogner v. California, 123 S. Ct. 2446 (2003) > Statute of Limitations case

The only suit I know of is a civil suit between two staff (Twila and Richard), cause Richard raped her. I am not sure why it was civil and not criminal, however.
