How do you block a website from your browser? Internet Explorer and Firefox. Thanks.

Internet explorer:
Click in this order...
1. Tools
2. Internet options
3. Privacy
4. Sites
5. type in the name of the website (this will suffice www.synanon.com (http://www.synanon.com))
6. click "block"

ie. keeping your kids from seeing innapropriate material?

My son put a 'tool' on my computer called ZoneAlarm. It's freeware stuff
(I don't mean Freeware the 'brand name').
I have to stop and respond to it (allow/deny) so nothing 'gets' through if I don't let it.
I used it to interfere w/the porn crap that was getting posted in here a while ago.
Don't think it's designed for that, but it worked for me :rofl:
