Title: Anyone remember me????

I was in Dallas straight from Feb '90- Sept '91.  Yes, I "commenced", and I was even a staff trainee.  Not long after I got into aftercare...it was over.  I didn't start using again...I just allowed myself to try to start getting back out into the real world.  It's been so long, but the memories still mess with me.  If I try to even begin to explain it to people, I find myself talking for hours about all of the details, and they still find it hard to comprehend this place!  I haven't spoken with anyone from Straight in a few years.  I just lost contact.  So, if anyone remembers Bridget Carpenter (my dad had a host home in Mesquite...let me know!  Or if you prefer...you can e-mail me directly.  I hope to hear from someone soon!

Hey Bridget..... Welcome to Fornits Straight Vetrans forum. You will find that there are alot of people from all the various branches as well as the time spans that they were there.

It's a good possibility that you will meet someone on here that remembers you.
