A student who was previously enrolled in New Jersey Public School has been removed by his mother and placed at Provo Canyon School. PCS is trying to get the New Jersey school system to pay for tuition. This caused the initial investigation. Dr. Frank Guenther was alarmed by all of the websites he found and by the conversations he has subsequently had with me regarding what the practices of PCS are. He wants to help shut them down. He said that because I was there so long ago and PCS has changed ownership since I was there they can claim that they no longer use torture and that the policies and practices have changed sufficiently. We know that isn't the case.

Please contact me or Ed Glynn at   (Ed is the attorney working on the case against PCS). Please be expedient in replying. Litigation begins March 13th and if we don't step up to the plate now, we may not get a second chance. Please help those who are still suffering.

Hi I am interested in hearing more about the lawsuit against provo canyon school.  I myself attended almost 3 yrs ago and the place still haunts me.  it would bring me and im sure so many others such closure to see that place shut down.

I am intersted in the lawsuit against PCS.
I was there about a year ago, it has taken my life and spirt away from me. To this day I still have not gained it back.
I would like to know about the lawsuit, and watch PCS get shut down.

I was incarcerated at PCS for a year from 96-97.  I would be more than happy to provide any info I can that would be helpful in litigation.  I always thought PCS' practice of leaving kids tied down and in observation all day was a bit extreme.  Anyone remember having to "stand off" points?  After that one girl broke her jaw after passing out they turned to "sitting off" points. And how about all the different kinds of psychotropic "medicines" with no long term effects studies that were shoved, literally, down our throats.  Oh and lest we forget the fantastic "education" I received there.  What a joke.  Remember Dennis or Beth?  I'm lucky I got into college after PCS trashed my high school academe.  Geez and the way they tout their location in the beautiful mountains of Utah yet I could probably count on two hands the number of times I was allowed to go outside.  If anyone wants to contact me you can find me at Marjory78@hotmail.com.

I suggest printing this out. PCS is a WWASPS hellhole, there is no justification at all for anything a WWASPS program does or putting a child in one.  :beat:
