and it was more fun!

pachoouli is the hippie's version of a tazer
-
Pier One has this extremely awesome incense...Patchouli Amber..it rocks. Thus is my hippie contribution.
-
Pachouli should be illegal it makes me want to stare at the sun.

I can't get enough incense!!
I burn it one after another, when I can!
The last stick of incense, all candles, must be extinguished one hour before my husband gets home. He has COPD(it's actually emph-whatever it is but I can't spell that  ).
So; Constantly and I think patchouli is what the 'head shops' in the 70's used to smell like? but I've never had any...
Coconut, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Sandalwood, Musk(two of my favorites), Strawberry - no Cherry - Evergreen/Pine/Balsam.
Some of the newer commercial fragrances are good. Guess I'm not a hippie!

and it was more fun!
more fun than what?? hanging out with someone who is not a hippie?
-
More fun than normal people.

I always thought hippies were boring. But then what does one expect from a bunch of tree huggers who piss themselves at the sound of a pellet gun being fired?
Not much I suppose.
Nope.. I prefer the traditionally heavily armed middle americans who enjoy a cold beer or two after obliterating half the countryside with high powered rifle fire.

I'm going dynamite fishing this weekend - y'all are invited.
For me it comes down to the fact that I'm ardently pro 'daily shower' and pro 'soap'

You left out pro-toilet paper.. word of advice regarding dynamite fishing.. never turn the boat motor off prior to heaving dynamite over the side. It can have serious side affects on boat, people in boat, motor, fishing gear, beer, lunch, ear drums, and bystanders who are struck to their knees by the shockwave and the sheer absurdity of the moment.
