Title: how hard to sue?
Post by: Anonymous on November 27, 2007, 06:38:45 PM
is it very hard to sue? I'm wondering why so many of us, who obviously have been abused, do not go foward with a suit.

Also, besides wwasps, and elan are there any current suits filed now?

There are hundreds of law suits in process (I would guess)... if you have a valid claim you contact a lawyer...he writes a letter to the companies law firm you intend to sue.  The lawyers figure out amonst themselves who has the upper hand and it goes from there........ if you have a strong case the companies lawyer will advise to settle and if you dont have a strong case your lawyer will just tell you to drop it...  but 99% of them never make it to the courts or news papers... if they do cut you a check you typically have to sign a gag agreement stating that you cant talk about it... if people find out that the schools are paying off then everyone will sue so they keep it quite.

WHO just knows everything, it seems.
Do you think the Whitmore Academy civil case will "settle" Mr. Who, or will  it go to trial?

you're a little off who, i know of ALOT of people involved in a particular suit to whom settling is not an option they are willing to even consider for a second.

but that explains why the staff at hidden lake, which have witnessed fraud and abuse, do not come out. we just need someone who doesnt give a fuck about money. Ian. Ryan. Johnny l, steve s, yall know who you are. come out, come out, whereever you are!
