Why should it be a shame to be in jail when it in some years properly should be regarded mandatory equal to attend school?

People are ALREADY pushing to make mandatory Military service part of the American growing-up period...

Some research are showing the cause for juvenile crime(Funny enough we did debate this issue some years ago in order to raise the age-limit for drivers licenses from 18 to 20, but it died out).
