Short-term stabilization and Assessment: STARR program

The STARR program provides Department of Social Services contracted STARR services for girls requiring acute care and short-term comprehensive assessment services.  Our short-term services are highly regarded by state social service agencies, HMOs and private insurance companies. The program has a successful track record of behaviorally stabilizing and assessing girls with histories of running away, substance abuse, aggression, self-abuse and suicidality.
