Cedu went out of buisiness (got sued out of business) a while back now.  Check the CEDU forum for more like the anon said.

Who is there to sue?  If there is anyway to join a class action suit, sign me up.  I just think it's beating a dead horse.  I believe anyone who had anything to do with CEDU has blown dodge.

Against CEDU?  No.  Where do you see that on my site?  A suit against Benchmark?  Not to my knowledge.

Two lawsuits are currently pending in San Bernardino Superior Court against CEDU. The first involves a New York father and his daughter alleging CEDU interfered with their right to speak""

i dont know mabye this has been setteled, but the same thing happened to me, and they shouldn't get away with it.We'll see
