Does anyone know about this program?
Blue Sage Youth Services also has a link to:
South Sanpete District, Blue Sage Youth Services; which accepts "Youths in Custody, and Neglected or Deliquent youths."

The Director of both programs is Kelly Husbands, a former employee of Utah's Office of Licensing before he opened this program.

Well, nothing in Utah is surprising, goes to show the mentality of those people.  Seems like a conflict of interest to me.

The owner of Gateway Academy in Salt Lake City Utah is the former director of the agency that licenses residential therapeutic facilities. Gateway Academy has like 3 or 4 lawyers that own it. Imagine that.
