Imagine Kruglik in office. He would be dictating from a totem pole with his hand gestures.

But I think Kruglik dictating from a totem pole would be a hard task for him. For one he would be up higher then everyone else and would have to look down on everyone resulting in making eye contact with them all. Krugliks inferiority complex would get the best of him.
