A number of AARColytes have posted on here and used terms such as debate and rebuttal. These folks seem to have a gross misunderstanding of the nature of this forum. All About Receiving Cash is a criminal phenomenon. A rational person would no more debate the pros and cons of AARC than they would of child murder. One individual has used a pyramid scheme of complicity to maintain an entirely fraudulent operation, and the only reason it exists today is because the guilty either flee or carry on the cover-up. The Wizard came to Calgary and set up a church. He had no qualifications to treat children for anything, so after a few years of running his church, he got a mail-order PhD. He had tapped into a network of people who had sent their children to Kids. Kids, for anyone unfamiliar with this saga, was a phony drug treatment program in the US. It was a branch of Straight, and the man who ran Kids, Miller Newton, had been clinical director of Straight. The Wizard worked at Kids in the US, and then tried to set up Kids of the Canadian West in Calgary. Kids in the US was drawing media and law enforcement scrutiny around this time, so the Wizard simply quit using the Kids name and Kids of the Canadian West became AARC.
While those of you who are regular readers of this forum have read this before, it is vital to any understanding of AARC to focus on this point. The Wizard, in part due to his delusion and in part his instinctive knack for evasion, claims that AARC is an entirely original concept of his design. This is patently false, and from now until AARC closes and the Wizard moves on to victims somewhere else, this fact must remain in the forefront of any examination of AARC.
In fact, when the Wizard's number one fan David PabloEscobar Grant wrote his erotic thriller Demonandmonk, a completely false picture of AARC's relationship to Kids was painted. EscobarGrant gave an account of the Rotary Club's founding of AARC, but failed to make any mention of Kids of the Canadian West. According to EscobarGrant, his step-father, Dr. Dookie, visited Kids and decided that it was bad. However, this is simply not true. The Wizard was working at Kids, and Dr. Dookie and the Rotorooters brought the Wiz into play to head Kids of the Canadian West. As mentioned earlier, the shit hit the fan, so to speak, in Miller Newton country, so like Al Capone breaking away from Johnny Torrio, the Wizard took his Synanon and ran.
As mentioned in numerous previous posts, the original peer counsellors at AARC came from Kids. One, Brian Neil, killed himself in the mid-nineties. Another, Janne Holmgren, carried on the abuses of Kids at AARC. No explanation for why anyone thought these two individuals were suited to care for at-risk youth in Calgary has ever been proferred, to my knowledge.
Because the Wizard had no qualifications to treat anyone for anything, AARC was set up as a licensed charity, but not as a treatment facility. They have no legal mandate to do anything other than collect and dispense money. As the Wizard and AARC claim quite openly to provide treatment, this begs the question as to what body oversees this treatment, and to what standards must AARC adhere. The answer is no one oversees AARC, and they are free to do whatever they can get away with.
Scumbags like the evolving newest planet in our solar system, Crook Stanhope, referred children to AARC even though AARC is not licensed to do anything with children. AARC has used the Police Service here to retrieve runaways, and to provide endorsements, but again, the CPS has no legal mandate to turn AARCies over to the Wizard. At this point it's only conjecture, but I am assuming that the Wiz and/or some AARColytes in the business community established contact with Silverturd when she ran CPS. This lady, in one of many vulgar displays of contempt for the tax-payers of Calgary, sat on the Chamber of Commerce while on the payroll of CPS.
Anyhow, it's a big ball of corruption, fraud and child abuse. To those of you who are already familiar with the facts presented above, keep in mind please that these same facts have been obscured or denied by the Wizard and his AARColytes for fifteen years. If they are going to take hold in people's understanding of AARC, they need to see the light of day.

Great post Ajax

It really is Ajax. And it just astonishes me that AARC would dare try to claim significant differences between themselves and Straight.
