August 26, 2007 makes four years now Richard Bradbury and the Semblers have been fighting in court.
Bradbury won the lawsuit portion of the case back in December 2006 when the Semblers caved.
However, the injunction portion of the case is on appeal in Florida before a three judge panel.

Course the Semblers had to cave, they made a business decision, although I don't think it will help.
Mel couldn't exactly be the main financial backer of the wonderful Mitt Romney (announced 5 or so days after caving) with a penis pump flyin in the wind. It doesn't look that good to the public. Apparently they don't mind the torture and child abuse allegations, but penis pumps are a no-no.
However to Bradbury, much respect! :smokin:
