Overview:

The Toddler Taser uses a replaceable cartridge, containing compressed nitrogen, to deploy two small probes that are attached to the taser by insulated conductive wires with a maximum length of 15 feet (4.5 meters). The taser transmits electrical pulses along the wires and into the body affecting the sensory and motor functions of the peripheral nervous system. The energy can penetrate up to two cumulative inches of clothing.

Nope.  It's real.  It's not like the headline implies though.  They're tasers to protect baby, not immobilize him.

No, it's complete satire. Actually try to order something. Everything they have is out of stock.

They usually do an excellent job on the realism, though, and some of this shit (child-size bulletproof vests) really does exist in Israel.
