Hello, I understand there has been some questions regarding the nature of a message pertaining to Len Buccellato's actions to have a building burned in order to collect insurance money so that the school he owns (until I acquire the property it sets on) can continue operations. This is all factual whether you like to believe it or not. The message had been distorted after it was posted on here and in some of the forwarded attachements. The original message had been sent to me by Len Buccellato (on accident, I assume). But that is okay, because the GBI has the original message and this will be handled by experts other than the ones on this blog. By the way I really am David Sullivan, and I wish you all the best. I did not bring down Len Buccellato, and none of you will bring down Len Buccellato, he will bring himself down, if he hasn't yet. And I will acquire his assets there in Lumpkin (bumpkin, pumpkin) Hillbilly town USA. For those of you that have been to Bumpkin County, what is it with those people? Is in-breading really still going on down there? It is insane, those hillbilly's are still fighting the Civil War. Are you aware they have a "confederate memorial day" so they can pay tribute to their racist, red neck, in bred, and scum bag ancestors. Amazing. I can't wait to take all their money.

this is weird. this person doesnt seem to like bucci, yet he sounds like he's really an HLA employee trying to make the real david sullivan sound like the exact type of asshole parents are told to laugh by admissons when they see fornits. i say this is just johnny ringo.
-
And who IS David Sullivan? Is that supposed to be some sort of important name in Lumpkin County? Its vaguely familiar but like I said in an earlier post, it could be because of a family I went to school with. I did a google search and found no David Sullivan listed in Dahlonega or Lumpkin Co. He appeared to be local in one post, but this last one makes it sound as if he isnt in Dahlonega. And as far as the good honest hard workign people in Lumpkin County, not to mention all the college students, professors, health professionals and business owners, I am sure they would appreciate being called in-bred. You paint quite a narrow picture of a town that is one of the more desirable weekend and retirement home communities in Georgia. I've met my share of bigots and racists in towns far more "cosmopolitan", and Dahlonega is not one of them. Im hispanic and when I lived there I never encountered racism. When my father lived there with my grandfather, from 2001 to 2004, they never encountered racism either. Now, as far as acquiring HLA land, its quite pricey, unless you're wealthy as hell, you won't be buying it anytime soon. And if you aren't an HLA employee, why would you get an email from Len by accident? Nobody with half a brain is going to admit arson in an email, and even if that were the case, which I seriously doubt, why would this "david sullivan" use his "real" name on this board? That just seems dumb. I don't even see the benefit of the charade he appears to be creating. I think he is full of shit personally. What's your motive here "David"?
-
My guess? Somebody from HLA is going slowly, steadily apeshit.

There was no insurance money on the building, other than what the bank
held, for the loan security to Buccellato.

Also, your facts above are false. Buccellato did not have to set fire to a building to keep the school going. You are misinformed. His assets are numerous and he is from an extremely wealthy family. He has the backing of St. Francis Academy behind him and he will only go under, if he wishes. Therefore, what you purport to be truth is questionable.

if he's convicted of a felony, which he will be, his assets can be taken away and family wealth and financial backers wont be able to save him. st francis will not give up their own reputation to help bucci. although the current case is in civil court, after some testimony buccelato's crimes will come to light, and no D.A is going to ignore such blatant fraud.

St. Francis is family owned business

Where have you been? We were getting worried about you.

Little one, you need to get yourself some help.
-
listen...he will never be broke not to be confused with brokeback..hehe sorry...none of his assets are in his name...most of the assets that he holds are either in business names, names of his neice or his partner or the holding of corporations that cannot be touched by a case against him...the only thing that anyone would be able to touch is hla period...he may not be a smart man with regards to alot of things but he hires smart people to do financial things for him...
-
all of that can be uncovered in court. even if the stuff is not in his name, as long as he bought it and is the primary user/owner it can be taken away, regardless of whats on paper. the laws regarding siezure are pretty strict nawadays, if you commit a felony, anything which you bought with the money you made can be taken away, regardless of weather it's currently owned by you or your family memeber. this law is usually used for drug dealers and terrorists, but white-collar felons, particularly those who had a physical aspect to their crimes are also liable.

I got in contact with David, and he sent me the full headers of the email that was sent to him.

I have highlighted the line of the originating computer. Guess what:

I'll be examing it for a little bit now, and will report what I find. So far it looks legit.

The question of WHO David Sullivan is and what is merger.acquistion is remains....and why, if it was even remotely possible, would Len send an "accidental" email like that to someone.....seems a little far fetched to me
-
Another good sign: The content length of the message matches that of the email's body.
The headers match the format that yahoo mail uses... Everything that I can check out looks ok.

Len is famous for sending accidential emails. All of us have seen him run from one person to the next urgently asking if they know how to recall emails before the wrong person received it. He has sent emails to his henchmen and former henchmen like Bill Gray and Jeff Hollowhead giving instructions on who to let go next, and accidentially copied the named individual on the email. I still don't believe this "confessional" email is legit, but I don't doubt for a second that Len could have accidentially sent an extremely confidential email to the wrong people. I've seen him do it.
-
This is getting funnier and more interesting by the minute. The way I'm seeing it is that there is more than likely a lot of merit to this. The email may have been altered somewhat, but I'll bet the gist of it is pretty much on point. It'll be fun to watch all this play out.
Johnny Bravo, what do you say about all this?
-
Well. Kelly, Myself, and one other techincal person have gone over and discussed this email. We can't find anything wrong with it... I'd put money on the email being legit at this point.
Somebody who would be techincal enough to forge a header and the mail, and then stupid enough to inform the authorities and the press about it... IT doesn't make sense that it would be a fake. He hasn't just disappeared off the face of the earth, he is talking to people. Nobody would be that stupid as to create evidence like that which would be easily discovered as fake by examining the original (on the yahoo account).
I've talked to the guy. His story makes sense, and his explanations for the holes pointed out here are plausible. My feeling is either a disgruntled employee decided to borrow Len's computer and re-send one of his mails, or idiot len hit the "reply all" button. Besides. Bucci boy uses MS Outlook for chrissakes. Technologically competant people don't do that.
One thing's for sure: when the cops get ahold of the original (and they will) and if it turns out to be true... Len is going to be in one of those "shawshank redemption" situations (you know the scene). I do believe this is going to be a bad year for NATSAP, HLA, and the IECA. Oh dear.
