Title: Aspen looking to buy HLA?

I saw this in a thread earlier, can't find it right now.  Is there any truth to this?  Is Aspen Education trying to acquire HLA?

I do know that Bucci was shopping HLA for a while and Aspen was a suitor.  For some reason Bucci pulled it from the market.  Maybe because he couldn't sell it for more than his debt/liabilities/pending liabilities on it?

TheWho has stated often that Aspen should buy HLA ans he's in business with Aspen.  Take it for what it's worth...
