it works now... and to think that PFC/KHK did not have an ongoing business relationship prior to the 2006 "acquisition"... shame on me. I knew the phone lines lit up in all the offices from before back then, regardless of what the 990 said, but this? Why is it working again? :rofl:

i don't understand this thread.... the khk website is now the pfc website. hasn't it been that way for a while? what are all the my my's about?

Well, Guest, the my my's are because...
April 2005 ISAC filed major complaint with ODADAS against KHK/TSDRCP and the KHK website which used to say Kids Helping Kids on it, with the logo and everything... was taken down for construction in or around June 2005. It stayed down for about 60 days or so and then popped back up, but there were several changes. Keep in mind that KHK never filed their annual reports in KY from 2000 until 2005 and they only started filing them after the complaint. Now, sometime by October, yet another round of complaints were submitted by ISAC and at least 4 former KHK clients. At that time, the website dropped off the net. If you had clicked on www.kidshelpingkids.com (http://www.kidshelpingkids.com) throughout the end of 2005 and into 2006, you would have gotten that error page, website not available or not responding. So, the my my's are for it now coming up as the PFC site. For the longest time before the KHK acquisition, the phones inside KHK and PFC were networked. This is BULLSHIT. PFC claims that they are not tied to any other non-profit organization. They have had an ongoing business relationship with KHK for YEARS. The website is just another "yep, see, they're together alright". It's not like KHK put up their site for sale and PFC just "happened" to buy it :rofl: my my my my!!!

It's not like they have a choice. So, yeah, they will have to submit.
