You guys don't really believe that the judge has failed to make a class determination this far along, do you?

Since we haven't heard of a million different shrapnel-suits hitting HLA, my guess is that His Honor has certified the class and has ordered everyone involved to eat a nice steaming plate of STFU in regards to public communication.
