Why can't Mr. Buccellato pay back all the parents he owes money to if he owns so many properties and has other businesses as well? He could sell off those properties that Cricklewood invested in since that money came from HLA employees.

To clarify: it's alledged that HLA employees took part of their HLA salaries to invest into a company set up by Mr. Buccellato called Cricklewood. Where did the funds come from to pay those employees? From the parents who paid or pre-paid tuition.
Any HLA employees out there care to talk about Cricklewood?

Who issues permits for pools at unlicensed RTCs, or boarding schools, which they claimed to be at the time?

Hi...it's open and beautiful...the student's are using it daily and loving it! Wish I could show you a photo...it is really nice.
From Ga ORS regs:
(c) Swimming Pools. If an institution has a swimming pool on its grounds, such pool shall be enclosed with protective fencing and be free of contamination. A certified lifeguard shall be in attendance at all times that a swimming pool is in use by any resident.*

In that thread:
I got a little nugget about Cricklewood. It reportedly sold off it's only asset, valued at $150k and paid directly to Len.
I've been told that Cricklewood (named after the street Len grew up on, I hear) is a sort of shell corporation that formerly owned the land that St. Francis school sits on and it charged St. Francis a usurious rent, even though the same person owned them both.
Former employees report being required to purchase a $2500.00 share each of Cricklewood, with Len owning 51%. Reportedly, the IRS forced Cricklewood to sell the land to St. Francis in 2004(currently looking for/farming documents/tax records, etc. if anyone has anything to offer).
