Isabelle Zehnder appears fat, not obese in this picture, but that's just my opinion.

She ate the space cookies, it was supposed to be kind of a joke.. the space cookies are an anti-wwasp band made up of survivors that she was trying to get to use as her fucked up survivor front people for her scheme.
