MANCHESTER, Conn. -- Manchester police have arrested the executive director of a group home for troubled girls for alleged inappropriate conduct.
Street Seidell, 57, of Madison is accused of taking photos of a 15-year-old girl who lives at the home.
Seidell, the executive director of New Hope Manor, is accused of taking photos of the girl in a bikini he had bought for her.
Police say he may have used a hidden camera to photograph or videotape her in a bathroom changing into the bikini.
Seidell is charged with risk of injury to a minor. He was released Wednesday night after posting bond.
