Title: How many Parents are owed back thousands from HLA?
Post by: Anonymous on June 06, 2007, 03:32:56 PM: How many families are owed back thousands of dollars from HLA for pulling their kids out earlyand have never been repaid? That is what we would love to know. You better go for HLA's jugular vein now and contact the Berger Montague lawyers because there is not a snowball's chance in hell that HLA is magically going to get money and pay you people back!! By sitting by and letting HLA get away with this thinking that they will pay you your money, you are not doing yourself any favors..You better take action or you will never see that money in my opinion!!

How can HLA get by with this. I think these families are hoping the lawsuit will be thrown out and HLA will magically get the loans to pay them back. That is not going to happen. If the lawsuit is not classed, lots of these families are going forth with individual suits against HLA. I think these families should contact Larry Lederer at the Berger Montague law firm that is handling the petition for the lawsuit and let them know this.

Post by: Anonymous on June 08, 2007, 11:35:06 AM: The pre-paid the entire tuition and are due a refund for the months their child didn't attend HLA (less the 3 month deposit, of course). They are rightfully owed that money back, but many of them haven't seen one red cent.
