David and Phyllis York, the founders of TOUGHLOVE were associated with some well-known drug and alcohol rehab organization back in the '70's.  Anyone know the name of this organization?  Any other feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

Who is Ted Wachtel? That's a very unusual name and I could swear there was a girl in Straight Sarasota around 81 or so w/ that name. She was from down south, around Naples somewhere.
