Title: Teaching
Post by: nimdA on April 11, 2007, 05:11:11 AM
I'm not a licensed teacher, but that doesn't mean a dang thing to the Korean government who just wants me to have a BA from an accredited university.

so my question is as follows:

What do you licensed teachers suggest for improving hand writing?

I already use repitition style practice, but I tend to avoid that at all costs due to the boredom factor.

any thoughts?

Sort of defeats the point when I need to help them improve their hand writing.

Well.. I don't need them to improve their hand writing, but I do believe it would improve their over all confidence and help them aquire English at a faster rate.

hmmmm.... you know that might actually be a decent idea.... I'll get back to you on that... I may well be able to use it for my older kids in some form of game.

Both my girls learned that way. The elder cause she was one of those note crazy girls in middle school and there's all kinds of image issues tied in with that shit. Then next one learned for the obvious reason, so she could snoop her sister's notes.

Incorporate writing into art projects -- text plus artwork as part of the whole on the page (or other)... ?
