Title: New build seems to lack CAPTCHA in at least two instances

Anon posts dumping crap.    

What happened to CAPTCHA.

The strange part is I cannot  recreate the error.   Although the result is obvious.    Happy hunting -- although deleting the rows just might be easier, and looking at the logs for the time stamps to see what's going on.   Good Luck

upgraded phpbb it was set to off. its fixed now removing spam as i find it feel free to let me know if you run across any.

gracias!  all fixed. also in regards to the search what terms were you using? i want to search the db directly and see if i get results. cuz i ran some searches yesterday like Male Enhancement LOL and was able to find some of the spam posted yesterday. so i wanted to take a look at the stuff you searched for prev. that you cant find now.  then i  can let ya know what comes up in the db and maybe figure out what's going on. :)

oh and if either of you run across any of those really weird malformed posts that go all the way across the page, let me know. I figured out how to fix those.  But i don't think there are a ton seems it happened to a few posts on one day.

Aw man! I wish I had found this thread sooner. When I started blowing out spam yesterday I noticed that it wasn't entirely random. Whoever was doing it was bumping some pretty good threads. So instead of deleting the posts I started replacing the body text w/ a bump cart ::bump::

Ginger, all the threads are noted above.  You could just subtract 1 from the post number to get to where you were before and add the bump for real.  Only 18 to sort through for your favorites... BTW, I noticed the same effect, which is partly why it took me so long to compile the list.  In one case, I even added my own 2 cents...   :lol:

ive been doin the bump on most of mine. Not sure if Deborah knew though but at least the links are gone either way.

lol seriously!! I think it was a few of them too cuz when it was going on, i had passed out, lol and someone said at least 45 people were posting at that time, that's not to mention people just viewing etc. So they also helped me test the server under a higher volume of traffic  and it did just fine. thank goodness!
