put Pinellas county Tax Assessor's office in a search engine to get their data base.  enter the name Helen Petermann in a property search, and it should give a listing of her Condominium address on Bay Street Northeast.  This was her last known address as of October 2006.  It is a gated and extremely secure community and one of the very few in Pinellas County with actual ARMED GUARDS roving the property, so watch your shit.
