Does anybnody know if there are still any class-action law suits against WWASP, thats are still open and on-going today???

No, but I know there's one in the works against HLA

I'm actually fairly sure there are at least two against WWASP. Not really sure on details.

Check the HLA forum for info on what that is.

The current lawsuits against WWASP are listed on ISAC:

A $100 million Class Action Suit was filed against WWASP on July 25, 2006 by the law firm of Hancock & Estabrock, LLP in New York.

Another lawsuit was filed  against WWASP by the Turly law firm in Dallas, Texas---but not sure if the status is "class action" yet, or not.
