Does a punk-of-the-month nominee qualify for an artfully (not necessarily respectfully) manipulated image that is transportable by even the technologically feeblest?  Theoretically speaking, of course.

If you want a lot of pictures of people in humiliating situations, I can get them, with skin tone and head angle to match any pic you've got.

Hmmm... I was thinking more along the lines of tasteless plaid golf pants and him doing something awful to a kid with a golf club.  Well, I've never actually heard of him using the golf club on anyone although it is possible that he might have, especially in the late 1960's or early 70's when the school population was primarily composed of JuVie boys and other malcontents.  He HAS smacked a few (hand) during my time (mid 70's).

Probably not a good idea, never mind...
Theoretically speaking, of course.
