I've lost a number of my family members so I know that a year can seem like a long time to some, but when it's the amount of time since you've lost someone, it can seem like a week.
I'm glad you had some time with his wife and kids...means more to them than you probably know, even if the kids did act like...well. kids.
Have you adjusted to your new surroundings? Just a little different than FL right?
