Hey, I'm jeff Henschel, I was in hell, err safe about 3 year's ago, and I was then 13-14, and now am 17. I am one of the participating families, in this latest lawsuit that fell thru. Lately, I have been bothered my my past safe experience, and really have been getting riled up about the whole experience, I was just curious, what is their to do now, that this lawsuit has been thrown out?

Jeff, ever since the day you logged onto this board some three years ago you have been in my thoughts. I was forteen when I went into the Seed some thirty years ago and was very distraught with my experience. Hoever, I had no one to talk to without fear of being thrown back in.
what you are doing now is the right thing. Speak up and let people know the truth. The lawsuit was doomed not because you were wrong but because of complex legal issues surrounding minors and also some extremely bad lawyering. Just because the lawsuit failed does in no way discredit your story or your experience.
It has been very interesting watching you grow into a young man, and you and your mother are two of my favorite people. Keep moving forward and don't let the crazy times you spent in the SAFE ruin your bright future or the little time left of your childhood. Enjoy my friend.

Hi Jeff, I am sorry to hear about the lawsuit being cast aside, however, there is always consolation regardless of how bad things get. One example of this can be found at http://www.orlandoweekly.com (http://www.orlandoweekly.com) Your story generated more posts, ideas, statements, etc... more than you can imagine, on the message board called "SAFE or else"
I enjoyed participating in that lively discussion and I am hopeful that one day very soon, SAFE will no longer exist. Please check it out, you may even see someone you know on there.

Oyi, there was a shitload of posts under there, lol, I had totally forgotten about that interview :sad:. I'm actually, somewhat happpy this lawsuit is over, now I can speak my mind, and not candy-coat everything
