Title: Free from Peninsula Village
Post by: ZenAgent on December 15, 2006, 11:39:32 AM
Our girl is home after six months in PV's lockdown STU, bloodied but unbowed.  Can't say much more than that now, except it was hell.  Peninsula Village is an abomination, a meat grinder chewing up kids.  Our daughter is having nightmares about PV, but overjoyed at being free and not facing the prospect of spending Christmas on a bedbox, sitting immobile for hours at a time.

In the words of Marcellus Wallace, "I'm gonna get medieval on your ass.  You hear me, PV?  This ain't over, not by a damn sight..."

Also, thanks to everyone on Fornits for the info, support and motivation to keep pushing forward.  My wife and I are advocates for life now, we'll be working with everyone here to put an end to these programs.  We're taking a breather for a while, to spend time together as a family and do some healing.

:D Good news like this is what keeps me going, man.

Sorry to so quickly cut into action here but you need to have her examined and photographs taken as evidence, and you need to get a psychological evaluation done as further evidence.

She's gone from PV, but many remain. Evidence is hard to get when they hold them captive and isolated, and her sudden removal means that you have a rare opportunity.

Yeah, we do need to do that.  A real psych evaluation is needed.  She's expressed concern about one of her peers still there, she wants to try to get her out.  One of the most terrible things she's described was becoming so used to the screams of girls being restrained, she could sleep while it was going on.

I'm glad you're related to her, not me.

In your position I'd probably have hung every staff member there by their intestines and let the kids play pinyata with them, granted I got done beating the guys in charge into a fine pulp.

I'm in utter awe at people's restraint... hell, my own. I honestly do not know how I have not snapped yet...

And for that matter, what of the person(s) responsible for her being there? Don't even let me get started Zen... ugh  :flame:

The person responsible is gnashing his teeth in impotent rage, lashing out and finding "nary" a supporter.  He faces some very serious legal shit at the moment. (I know everyone is shedding tears for the guy)  Every breath he takes is an offense to God.

The staffer I want drawn and quartered is a guy who is proud of the fact he looks like the fat, dumb goateed guy in NSYNC.  His time is coming.

Someone mad their child isn't being tortured? Hasn't he heard what his own kid had to say after getting out of there and finally free to speak? You cant FAKE trauma. You cant FAKE PTSD. You cant FAKE nightmares!

I really hope this program gets closed... I'd sleep slightly better knowing at least one source of pain and suffering was removed from the face of this earth.

And yeah... you saved that kid. It took for-fucking-ever, but you got her out.

Only about 99,999 to go, eh?

Holy shit.  It's good news!  Wow.  i'm so glad for your daughter you were able to finally get her out of that hellhole.  If i were her i would be expressing concern for her peers as well.  I'm glad this isn't over for you.  The place needs to be shut down.

Like niles, it's probably good i wasn't in your position.  Do make them suffer though.

Yanno you can find women who want their asses torn up for being so uppity by a woodshed.

They also have some porn sites that cater to that (some better than others)... and some that make the woman the woodshed!

Maybe you might want to do that instead of repeat the same thing over and over

Fuck you, you repugnant piece of shit.  The only "little punk" I'm aware of is your "guest" ass.

She's doing well, despite nightmares about being dragged back to the program and a fear of sirens like the ones that went off at PV during restraints.  There's the medical neglect to be addressed, and questions about the "education" she received.

You inbred mongoloid bitch..  Let me guess, you're one of the PV goons venting spleen because you lost $9,000 a month in "tuition" and were forced to admit PV's program is bullshit.  How does "breaking down" and humiliating a kid sent to PV for depression and low self esteem  do any fucking good?  It does hellish damage, and PV has a "one-size-fits-all" treatment program.  If you are one of the shit-sucking bottom feeders crawling on your belly around PV, you're well aware of the number of clinicians who have quit because they were disgusted with the minimal and ineffective treatment provided, the blind disregard for PV's admission policy by admitting  violent psychos like Andy Klepper who sodomized a whore with a baseball bat, and the general fucking filth of the porta-toilets used by the cabins that probably led to the E.coli outbreak at PV when the cafeteria served up some shit stew.

Getting my daugher out of PV took six months, during which time she was improperly restrained in front of her mother, who was forced to see her daughter's face being shoved into the concrete while at least five fat staffers sat on the girl.  All that, because she tried to run back to her mother...you punk.

Why tell this to a feeble hillbilly whore like you anyway?  If you've got some bitterness to vent, PM me.  You dried up bag of shit dust, I guess you had to write a quick message so you could get back to the gloryhole.

You have some reason to insult my daughter?  PM it to me, but I imagine a gutless, mentally challenged, bad joke of a fucking ponce loser like yourself will piss off out of it.    You're a fucking disease, douche bag.

Don't let them get to ya Zen.  You've done a great thing.  This child will always know that even though she was held hostage she had someone out there loving her and fighting for her and would not give up until she was safe.  You have no idea how much that means, now and in the future.

Thanks.  The "little punk" reference caused fire to shoot from my every orifice.  She went through hell and is working on readjusting.  She's one of the strongest people I've known, to be able to stick with the truth in a haze of PV lies and not let them feed her an "alternate reality"  So, "how's the little punk doing?"  was like a kick in the crotch, and I felt the spirit of James Brown enter me, singing "PAYBACK!  I'M MAD!"

Don't give it anymore bandwidth Zen, the important people to concentrate on are your family

And you're the stepdad? Hats off to you, there are blood relatives who wouldn't bother fighting for this ..... take care of you & yours (and get the other kid out!!)

Oh, I'm sorry, that was me.

And yeah, felony assault means you can legally invert someones cranium and brain matter with a lead bullet

I'd say an illegal gang-bang restraint of a child outside of actual psychotherapy and actual need constitutes that, don't you?

Zen, have you considered taking her to a Judo (or preferably) a Brazilian Jujitsu school? Its quite literally the martial art of how to kick someones ass by choking them out, or breaking a joint or their neck while on your back.

Could be quite cathartic.

Quite useful, too.  We're taking her to the police station to file an affidavit stating she has the right to exercise lethal force on anyone who attempts to escort her to a TBS, WTC, or WTF, and badges don't mean shit.

We'll shut these shitholes down with Judo.  Stay light and flexible, and use the cash-heavy weight of a corporate Medic-Mart like Peninsula Village against itself, throwing it off balance and on the ground.

But for now, I wish I could buy her an Uzi.

Start with something manageable. Stilletto, and maybe a 9mm...  hollowpoints of course.

And uh, if you wanna see BJJ in action, check out a UFC sometime. Muwahaha.

Also, good work on lethal force vs escorts. I've yet to cross paths with any myself but I wonder if 'escorting' a child over state lines without a ICMP (I think?) contract set up is legal or not....  :D

She's doing fine, thanks.  For at least three days after leaving PV, any mundane thing was new to her.  She couldn't believe she was outside.  While she was in STU, she was only allowed outside during fire drills.

I can't see any gain during the six months she was there, but the damage is easily visible.  She lost six months of her Senior year of High School.  I hated it, but the hatred's based on experience.  A Psychiatrist friend told us the girl's nightmares about PV indicated damage done.  I should have mentioned my wife and I have PV nightmares.

Strip their car for parts, empty their wallets, bury everything else.

I wonder how many you could do in a row before the cops showed up?

I'd love to see a name-blanked scan of that affidavit.

Ummm...could we just tone down the testosterone levels a bit here?
No lead bullets, splattered brains or kicking ass-that is not our style.

Unfortunately I have heard kids called names much worse than a little punk.

The "little punk" started back to her old high school today. She was
apprehensive like any teen on her first day of school, but looked confident as she walked through the doors this morning. She was looking forward to orchestra period and I am sure all of her teachers will be happy she is BACK! She will be able to graduate on time with her class and has a GPA of over 3.6.

I have to order graduation supplies now...YAY!

The Cornell Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.  Techniques vary.  It should only take two people to do the "proper" restraint.  At PV, they use up to five fat asses to squash out a crisis.

Title: All kind of restraints has risk
Post by: Covergaard on January 05, 2007, 02:31:22 AM
There are a risk factor in every kind of restraints.

Face down: No one must apply pressure on the body, because the victim could lack air. That had resulted in several death. See.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Positional_asphyxia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Positional_asphyxia)

Face up: Vomit may strangle the victim. In Finland it is forbidden for people in detention to lie on their back. (They have some kind of alcohol problem up there due to very strict regulation and a lot of distilling at home. My mother is from Finland that is how I know.) See:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vomit#Comp ... f_vomiting (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vomit#Complications_of_vomiting)

So as a therapist the primary solution must be to back off. Inform the detainee that it is time for a time-out and leave the area until the detainee feels to talk about it.

Some kind of life threating situation must be present before anyone should try to restraint someone. In a TBS the optimal solution should always be leaving the detainee until the person is ready to discuss the point in dispute.
