Yes. I sure can. For now, I'll be concise. I remember watching that movie about Francis Farmer. (If you don't know about it, do a google search on that name and something is bound to come up) Anyway, it was only a couple of years that I was out of there (str8 VA) and I was watching that movie with an ex-girlfriend. I had told her, so she knew that I had been 'somewhere'. She started asking me what had happened to me while I was in there. I forget exactly what I replied with, but I was still in a sort of denial about the place. You could also call it selective memory. After I kind of "dummied up" she went into a near PANIC asking me "Oh my GOD Alex! What did they do to you in there?!?" This made me even more weirded out and I just said something to try to calm her down. I'll never forget that. I shocked that anyone could react like that. WEIRD.

I can somewhat relate, but i never went through the program so i dont have the problem with hanging on to anything. As a matter of fact, i have a tendancy not to hang on to anything. Everything is a memory and although i like to see how my memories affect my life, i really dont let them effect me to much. I guess in that case i am really lucky.
I really do like it when people speak to me about their lives--it seems that most people just really want someone to talk to. I like to give advice to, but no one ever uses it.. I mean fuck sometimes i really just dont give a shit what other assholes think, but for the most part i do give a damn .
