It's ove 2MB, so if you have a slow connection, it will just sit there with the hourglass. You'll have to let it download. Other than that, I dunno. It worked great for me. I'll email you a copy if you PM me with an email address...

Did everyone catch the part about forcing parents to pay all legal fees in any dispute, and holding themselves immune from all civil suit iregardless of whether or not it was their fault?
So a kid dies there, and not only are they blameless but the parents have to pay their legal fees.
This guy is a fucking pirate.

I'm having the same problem Lacey. The site is probably just swamped.

You've got mail, Deb. Enjoy. It's a great read.

I personally love the part about how Buch is using the "profits" to pay off his own taxes and fees.
-

-
yeah this is all stuff that ive known about, its great to see that its finnaly being brought to court.
-
It says the suit is from 2000 to preseant. Does that include people who were enrolled prior to the start date, but left after the start date?
-
yes it does include such individuals.
-
To the poster who asked about students enrolled prior to 2000, please PM me and I can explain the situation in detail.
-
Please email them to me at knif3party@yahoo.com

I am one who has been on this site defending HLA on many occasions because I have seen the good that goes on at HLA, not just the bad. There really are kids who get help there and many of you have acknowledged that. That being said, the one thing that I have never defended on this site is the way Len Buccellato runs the school. He took something that could have been very good and special, and turned it into something shameful. I have read most of this complaint and have yet to find a single issue that I can argue with. Unqualified teachers and counselors, no special ed teacher for a period of time, unqualified or no nurses, AC's giving out meds, inappropriate kids being enrolled, "all inclusive" tuition, overcharging toiletries, the missing chapel fund, not being regulated by the state, ect...
All of these are issues that, in my opinion, are absolutely correct in the complaint. These are also issues that MANY of the employees have been talking about eventually catching up to Dr. Buccellato for years.

Chris..Is this you?
-
No. Who is this?
-
What is your position within HLA?
Also have you started looking for a new job?
-
Which Chris?

The same issues parents have raised year after year, too. Looks like it finally caught up with him.

I believe he means Chris Allen, who posted as HLAtruth on here for awhile.
