According to what I was told, approximately 5 staff at RC were fired for abuse.....are they "fall guys" or is Buccellato positioning himself
a little late, after the State/County CPS went into RC last week... Is he now
taking a pro-active stance, so it looks better....?????

This is such a LOAD. They got caught red-handed perpetrating abuse on those kids - abuse which was conceived, defined, articulated, condoned and set as POLICY to be followed by employees - and only the staff are being held to account? What a JOKE.
At some point, Len has got to be held accountable for the behavior of his staff because he condones it and encourages it - it's a matter of HLA policy! These people aren't acting in a vacuum. They're doing exactly what they've been trained and directed to do.

shana had innapproiate relations with students at hla, female students..thats a fact.. some of the kids at hla right now should be interviewed, they usually know when things like this occur, cause eventually the kids tell people and word gets out.

you who are living in a fantasy world. There are many who are
dedicated to holding HLA and Ridge Creek accountable for
their transgressions against these kids and their families. Many
who are beginning to realize the scope of the fraud. This fraud
has caused not only financial hardship, but emotional and psychological damage. No one knows what the long term effect
of this damage will be.

Karen Karen Karen, weve really got to get this anger of yours under control. I know of several RTC's where you would fit right in, and can get the help you so desperately need. In the mean time though could you explain why youre so upset about all the damage were doing to HLA by telling the truth about it? I mean its not like you were ever associated with the place right? danny pervel quit and gave 3 or 4 weeks notice and then came back 5 or 6 months later. i think he was just letting everything cool down from that whole thing... everybody liked him when i was there but after I left, none of the newer kids liked him and he became a real dick.

i guess that's what happens when you can't get laid on the job with your minor patients. he must have gotten irritated when he was told he could no longer bang the kids.

I am puzzled at this; the six staff you listed are six very decent guys. Add Lenny Wade to this list and you've got the round-up of credible, trustworthy RCI employees. I'll tell you two really good people that worked there that are no longer listed on the website: Carrie Bryant and her husband Blake Bryant. Blake was one of my instructors during my little excursion, and he helped me a LOT. He really cared about us, and Ken See did too. There are some who simply did not. I will leave it up to those people who have more extensive Ridge Creek experience to explain who those people are and what they did to prove their apathy toward the well-being of the students.
