His "Buddy's" deposition is set for September 18, 2006 and as soon as it is filed with the court it will be posted for public record.

Also take note:

Issues have come up in this case "Pumpgate" that effect each of your medical records which are protected by federal and state law and privacy statutes.

The Semblers, Straight, and their attorney's are in some serious trouble regarding this issue.  

Wait until you see what happens in the court system, you will then understand why Bradbury took this matter so far.

You willl find out very shortly what happened to your records and the lie's that have told surrounding them.

very nice, very nice.  I think I am actually gonna take some vacation time to be at the trial.  Looking forward to the Sembler depo video.  Wonder if Block Buster will pick it up?    :)
