I really have no idea about all this except for what I've read here so I figured I'd go right to the source.  Is CAICA a non-profit or not?  Very straightforward, simple question, I'm asking for a straightforward answer.

Good luck, Isabelle never answered the question as to whether she was referring to PURE, or not.

Simple, straight forward questions don't seem to get this lady's attention.  

Perhaps she'll write another press release and answer the question(s)?

Anon, read CAICA's mission statement.  If they are a non-profit org., this is where that information should be publicly disclosed.

Did she state publicly that you harrassed her? If not, then why would she issue a public apology?
