What is her story?
I heard she is connected to Sue Scheff. Is that true?
-
Apparently she sent her kid to TB. That's what I gather from the Tranquility Bay documentary.
Regarding PURE and Paula Reeves, read for yourselves what she has to say when pressed for answers by another poster:

What I don't understand after reading postings by this woman Paula Reeves (and MOM CAT who is Isabelle) is why they think it's more important to focus on other referral outfits (like Lifeline) where one lady, Jane Hawley, reportedly makes 15k-20K a month referring kids?
Do they think SS is a non-profit? That Sue Scheff refers to programs for free?
Perhaps they should re-read the WWASPS v. PURE trial testimony and depositions? SS made quite a bit of money while referring to WWASPS and then later, PURE.
It's all there in black and white. Sue Scheff's own words. PURE is a FOR-PROFIT referral business, not a non-profit advocacy org for God's sake.

Jane Hawley - WWASPS recruiter
Lynn Pretzfield - WWASPS recruiter
Sue Scheff - Ex-WWASPS recruiter, now runs her own parent resource business.
These 3 are essentially all in the same business so what difference does it make what programs they refer to? It's still an unregulated industry and WWASPS is clearly NOT the only troubled program out there.
Care to answer that question MOM CAT (Isabelle/CAICA) or Paula Reeves?

Lynn Pretzfeld is out now that she's a convicted felon.

I agree it's odd that Paula's focus is on alternative referral sources. Truly neutral sources seem to generally agree that ALL programs are harmful.
-
Who says Pretfield is out? Just because she is a convicted felon doesn't mean she can't still refer kids.

Lynn Pretzfeld was specifically convicted for making $1000 per referral to WWASP, which they at least used to offer to all parents, and then not claiming it or paying taxes on it. I guess you're right that WWASP wouldn't likely cut ties if the relationship were still mutually profitable.
Generally if a court finds a person guilty of certain charges, they are not permitted to continue the same actions, but if she's paying taxes now then perhaps she's still referring.

MOM CAT, why aren't you concerned about Whitmore Academy. Owner Cheryl Sudweeks has a criminal trial pending. Who's keeping you quiet?
-
Perhaps this one might get to be like questions directed to Sue Scheff:
"you'd have to ask paula"
