Yeah...ummm... can I talk about this one time when I was in group an' I was on 5th phase and some staff-member came into the big warehouse group-room, you know, the one with the square tile, linoleum floors, the white cinder block walls and all the red and black propaganda on the walls ??  Well there was an announcement for the group to motivate, to nominate higher phasers to go to participate somehow in some local tv talk show like 'D.C. This Mornin' or sum'fin'.  I didn't want to be be nominated.  I shied away from all publicity while I was in $tr8.  I was humilliated enough just in front of myself and all the strangers around me.  I didn't have no so-called 'druggie' friends in the program.  When Princess Diana and that other bitch came to Springfield they asked: "who doesn't want to be on tv ??" and only a few of us raised our hands.  Those of us who did were moved to the back of group for the Royal Open Meeting.

So anyway someone nominated me to go to the damn fruckin' lame tv show and I had to act like I was into it or somethin' 'cause it was all I could do at the time.  To decline would have brought suspicion upon myself.  There were a bunch of 5th phasers maybe some 4th phasers on the bus ride to the tv studio.  Someone was crankin' Bad Co. on a boom box.  When we all got there and got off the bus we went into the studio.  I sat in the audience and managed to lay low while I watched my comrades take the stage and answer questions.

We have been sacrificed to the beast...

We are stardust, We are golden, We are caught in the Devil's bargain...My goal in life is to be free from all attachment, to be aware of all unknown influence...sometimes I ask myself: "Now...what would I do if I were the only one on the planet ??"  $tr8 tried to create attachments to snare me in.  But I was already hip to their tricks long before they knew my name.  Well I guess that's pretty general...really there is no division between the authority of the public school system and the authority in $tr8.  The former is an acculturation center, similar to a religious institution in many ways, such as the indoctrinating of yout'ful minds into a particular world view, full of prejudice and delusion.  The latter being a re-acculturation center designed to catch all those children with strong willed and independent open minds and blackmail them into submission, until they close.  And make them assimilate even against their will. Make them assimilate the world views and prejudices of the greater society.  The source of the power of the public schools and $tr8 is the same.  Society is a prison.  The prison is on the outside too.

Actually, my experience in $tr8, painful and fucked up and sick and unjust as it was has helped me to see more clearly and understand more accurately the dynamics and the power structure of this society.  I see it's real values and I am not fooled by their shape-shifting decpceptions and how sick and depraved the whole society really is.  I see how they pervert the meanings of words and grammar and manipulate and brainwash ever'one.

Orwell.

Sting is right, '...with words they try to jail ya.'  Fuckin beautiful.  Ever'tin' is a lie.  Whatever they say, suspect the opposite of bein' closer to the truth.  None but ourselves can free our minds.  Fuck $tr8 !!! Fuck all authority !!!  We know what we need to know.  I have become a seer.

yes indeed SEP yes indeed. What happens to those of us whose minds are unwillingly trapped in group all these years later? Do we not have control? When and where shall it come?

unh-huh.  How I love a good question... but what are the answers ??

I think that there is a path for each of us, and that society's disease and the one that thay gave us in $tr8,in particular, even in it's mutated forms is in the failure to recognize that each individual has his/her own path to wander in order to get where they are going.  People are part of nature and part of the universe.  We grow as the plants and the animals grow.  We must as individuals be allowed to grow according to our natures.  As long as I'm not hurting someone else I should be left alone to smoke  my ganja and/or get drunk and do fat lines of coke off a womans inner thigh, etc.  ::dove::

Very interesting, Frank.  You seem to have an interest in Manson.  I believe I recall that you posted something about him before.  I am interested in his observations of the system.  These are interesting quotes.

Title: A question about speaking engagements

We sometimes stretch the true meaning. An example: Does daily use of mj constitute addiction? To me, addiction is defined by the physical need for a substance. The rest of it (psychological aspects) could be chalked up to a bad habit (so to speak) but not what I would call addiction in the true sense of the word.

I agree, Frank, the word "addiction" is tossed about so much it almost has no meaning whatsoever.  Personally, I think it refers to a physical need for a substance in order for the body to maintain homeostasis.  Any other use of the word, I believe, cheapens its meaning and definition.

Oh. Yeah. Right I see what you mean.  I was kinda tryin' ta say how the politicians an lawyers and such an' all th' 'stablish'em' types is sayin how America is so great 'cause 'a' on account 'a' we believe in Freedom and Democracy and the right to self-determination and all that jazz but really at the same time that their preachin' all their propaganda, they're lockin' away without trial or representation of any kind and brainwash-rapin' their own children; their own minor citizens into adoptin' their already long overdue-for-death world view and social values.  They are really in reality just a sick and insecure gang of Fascists claiming to be American heros making the world 'safe for Democracy'.

Freedom= "Ability of multinational corporations to screw everybody in the name of profits to shareholders"

RTP2k3, "Sermon at the Stripper's House"

Democracy= "A ruse to appease the masses, who are lead to believe that simply because they are allowed to choose their oppressors that the oppressors do not, in fact, oppress"

Right. Like you stated in the quote that I replied to:

This is accomplished this through the perversion of language, among other things... The addiction thing was an example.

As was "honesty", and "empathy and sensitivity".

Hell, even the word "druggie" (used as an adjective).  Often things were described as being "druggie" that had no affiliation with drug use or the drug culture whatsoever.

$tr8 tried to create these mental attachments to be like chains on us.  Words were used as weapons to control us.  They wanted to re-train all our mental associations; all our understandings of our mental relationships within society.  They wanted to completely erase us and re-draw us in their form.  It is a rape with an intent to shock and traumatize.  It is the manifestation of their fear.

the former. thinnest record I've ever seen.  I can almost jam on it by floppin' it back an' forth in a musical sound pattern.  You know, like how you can do with a commercial flourescent ceiling light cover ??  I guess it would be a percussion instrument...I don't know...but yes, very thin...literally.
