This "parent" refers to wherever she can get $$$$$$$$$$$$. She speaks out of two sides of her mouth. Against WWASP, but got mucho $$$$$$$ from WWASP referrals. What about to Whitmore? Where is she nowadays? Refering to other prisons?
As parents, we should sue her!!!!!!!!!!
-
I know a very good hitman.
-
I know several very good hitmen. It's just a shame I can't call down that kind of power for something like this.
And there's nothing more pathetic than threatening to sue somebody on the Internet.
-
Now who is this ANON poster referring to Sue Scheff as a "parent?"

Ive heard rumors Sue wants to Sue me
-
Now Niles, $ue $cheff would sweet talk you so fast, you'd be referring kids to some program so fast you wouldn't know what hit you!
-
I was referred by Sue Scheff to WWASP and then to another program. Well, she got lots of money and I got NOTHING!
BTW she is a parent of a girl who went to a WWASP program and she did seminars also AND she promoted WWASP and now she is promoting other prisons.!
-
Sue Scheff is doing more than "promoting" She is being paid BIG BUCKS for talking parents into enrolling their kids in these programs. And don't believe for one minute that she "has the best interest of ANY CHILD in mind." Otherwise, why WHITMORE ACADEMY, and why support the Sudweeks and bash the kids and parents that she referred to WHITMORE?

Nothing on Whitmore - in spite of the allegations of abuse leveled against one of the co-owners by the STATE OF UTAH?
::bangin::

Anoon, it is more than "allegations of abuse" against Cheryl Sudweeks, the owner of Whitmore Academy. She has been charged with 7 counts of abuse against 4 children, and her criminal trial is scheduled for September.
And yes, Sue Scheff is very supportive of her friends the Sudweeks; and attacks the parents of the children who allege they were abused.

You gotta love the display - looks just like the CAICA website.

Well this is certainly a program to watch considering the State of Utah has indeed filed criminal charges against one of the owners. It's all there at ISAC, including parent statements which offer further insight.

Yea, you'd THINK the child advocate at CAICA who see the importance of warning potential clients away from Sue Scheff and her friends the Sudweeks at by keeping the Whitmore pages up on her website, wouldn't you?
Wonder why she took them down?

Why is it that the kids who claim they were abused at WWASPS programs are credible but not the kids at other programs, case in point: WHITMORE?
This is the epitome of hypocrisy, or worse, plain ignorance.
The State of Utah filed charges against the co-owner of Whitmore, after conducting a thorough investigation.
I suggest everyone keep that in mind if they are really interested in advocating for the safety and well-being of children.

I hope IZZY at CAICA and Scheff at PURE can read since they both claim to care about children.
The public should be aware of the happenings at Whitmore Academy, since the Sudweeks still have children there under their so-called "care."

The mom--the letter writer: She had a big change of heart after she wrote that letter to the Woodbury site.
Her daughter ran away from Whitmore Academy during the Memorial Day "Graduation" 2005.
This mother DID NOT return her daughter to Whitmore Academy.
Don't know who is posting this "letter of support" but rather sure it is not this parent.
At the time, the mom probably did think Whitmore was a "kinder, safer place" than the WWASP program.
How was she "helping Sue Scheff?" You'd have to ask her.

Have to remember: when the abuse allegations against the Sudweeks came to light in November 2004, according to Tim Lowe the Therapist, and acting Admissions Director said all the 40+ kids at Whitmore Academy were placed by Sue Scheff /Pure. Whitmore Academy was Scheff's cash-cow.
-
The mom, letter writer with the run-away-daughter, who was not returned to Whitmore is Loree Nichols.
The supporter who keeps referring to the Sudweeks as "Sudwig"
Now, how scary is that? To not even know the real name of the people in charge of your child?

These parent support letters were all written in early December 2004. KSL did a news report on Whitmore in November 2004:
Troubled Teen Home Investigated for Abuse
Nov. 30, 2004
Samantha Hayes Reporting
It's often a last resort for some parents. But a facility for troubled teens is under investigation tonight after strong allegations from one boy.
Carol Sisco, Child and Family Services: ?Our licensing office notified them that we intend to revoke their license.?
The state's decision to pull the license follows a teenage boy's claims he was verbally and physically abused. KSL talked with many of the same children interviewed by child and family services in their investigation, children who have come from all over the country to get help.
Mark and Cheryl Sudweeks own and operate the boarding school for 27 teenagers and a separate residential treatment facility for 12 boys.
Mark Sudweeks, Owner Whitmore Academy: ?It?s not working at home and we feel we have a solution that can help kids turn their lives around.?
A teenage boy who was in the therapy group accused Whitmore Academy of abuse.
Carol Sisco: ?Allegations are of verbal abuse, physical abuse, lack of supervision, bad sanitation, sub-standard food.?
Victoria Degarmo, Counselor: ?There is no verbal abuse. What goes on here is nothing that doesn?t go on in a family home.?
The state and local police interviewed the teenagers in both programs to find out if the accusations were true.
Carol Sisco: ?We are still looking at it and we have the health department looking at it too.?
But the treatment facility's license is already being revoked.
Chris Gentile, Enrolled at Whitmore Academy: ?One of the things I love about this place is that I used to have the worst relationship with my parents and now I feel like I can tell them anything.?
Hannah Ruisi, Enrolled at Whitmore Academy: ?They helped me believe in myself and discover who I was.?
The boarding school is not regulated by the state, and children in that program live in Whitmore Mansion. But Sudweeks says they interact with those in the treatment facility; that is another concern for state investigators. The teenage boy who made the allegations was pulled our of Whitmore Academy.
During the investigation, three others were removed by their parents.

Did Whitmore take kids under forced escort?
-
In the KSL article, Victoria DeGarmo,COUNSELOR is actually a former student who was "working" at the Whitmore. She posted many times here on fornits, TORI. As did her mother, ALANA--who is/was a parent volunteer at PURE.
Sadly, the DeGarmos were "family friends" of the abused boy who made the original allegations of abuse charges against the Sudweeks. Some FRIENDS, huh?
-
Whoa, I don't know how I posted the KSL news report 3 times, I am very sorry though.

Yes, several kids were brought to the Whitmore by ESCORTS. One boy was "escorted" from Oklahoma by ESCORTS arranged by Sue Scheff /Pure AFTER the Sudweeks were being investigated for abusing children.
Luckily, the father, who had joint custody of this boy--and who had not given permission to have his son "enrolled" at Whitmore Academy--read FORNITS. He went to Whitmore Academy and brought his son home.
-
The Sudweeks had ONE facility called Whitmore Academy. The portion referred to as THE BOYS HOUSE was the portion licensed as a treatment facility.
Whitmore Academy was at 100 Main in Nephi.
THE BOYS HOUSE was at 200 South in Nephi...a few blocks away.
The children were moved back and forth between the two locations at the Sudweeks's will. There were no children "formally assigned" to THE BOYS HOUSE LOCATION.
This MAY be one reason the license was revoked by the State of Utah.
-
3 Springs, Scheff referred all our kids to the Whit. Guess you see the name SUE, and it quickly turns into a Whit-fest.
I have some chain.......

Sue Scheff created lots of "parent awareness."
Awarness that she is a liar, and that she refers to abusive programs for money!

If it is the French Documentary, I would assume it's the edited version, not the one that was shown on Google?
Anybody know how one can get in touch with the film makers to ask them a question? Somewhere on Fornits, I thought I may have seen an email address but I could be mistaken.

I would be interested in the address to the French film makers too:
I'd like to ask them if they realize that Sue Scheff was referring children to WWASP programs?
I'd like to ask them if they realize that Sue Scheff knowingly refers children to abusivie programs like Whitmore Academy.
I like to know how they feel about their little "hero person" knowing this.

Nevermind, I found what I was looking for on the CAFETY website (No email address, but it shouldn't be too hard to track them down to send an email or letter from the information posted)

Re: ILLEGAL Tranquility Bay Documentary - 2006/04/14 17:21 You have our documentary, Tranquility Bay, on the Internet and are distributing it in other ways. This is copyrighted material that took us several years to produce. The film has not been approved for distribution in North America, nor are you authorized to distribute our film in any location. Therefore, we ask that you immediately cease and desist from the illegal distribution our documentary or we will have no choice but to seek criminal prosecution and civil damages against you.
France and America operate under the same international copyright laws. The law of copyright protection extends to our film. See 17 U.S.C. § 102(a); 17 U.S.C. § 106. I cant FUCKING BELIEVE these people KNOW what is going on, MADE that documentary, and then act like stupid money grubbing asshats, JUST LIKE THE PEOPLE THEY MADE THE DAMN DOCUMENTARY ABOUT, and are more worried about their fucking wallets than about saving the very same kids who are being abused as we speak so they could make a buck.
Jesus christ. I think this is more about "hur hur, the americans eat their young" than actually trying to do something about it, or about the kids.
Money, money, money. Is that all? Feel good about those kids suffering in Tranquility Bay, and every other program, right now, while you tell people to stop disseminating the first video we have for proof of this to try to warn people and get parents to save their kids from these places?
Harriet Beecher Stowe, they are not. Just slam america and make a buck, but not actually help the suffering children you display on your work.
Tell ya what. How about you greedy whores go fuck yourselves, Ill keep seeding the torrent, and then find offshore hosting for it OUTSIDE OF COPYRIGHT LAWS and spread links like cancer?

Fuck your profits. Theres something much more important at stake here, than money. Happy Cinco De Mayo, assholes.

Oh hey, just figured Id post an update:
209.21 mb of uploads on the WWASPS video torrent last night.
-
First I need to be clear that I an NOT "in the know". I have heard bits and pieces concerning this film that I believe to be true. I heard - that WWASP had it tied up in court in France to stop distribution in the states. Then I saw a forwarded copy of an email that said they had expanded the injunction to stop distribution world wide. This came after the uproar when shown in Australia.
I speculate (stress on speculate) that the posting on the net caused some troubles in court - even tho there was absolutely nothing the French could be expected to do about it. Such is the nature of the net.
I speculate this is why they were all spastic over it; and wrote anyone and everyone who had the link up making threats. I speculate they had to - just to show they tried to "follow the rules" - whatever the rules might be.
Some folks got rather nasty threats from Paula Reeves, making accusations and threatening all kinds of troublesome consequences. THAT is something I find a unexplainable. Does she represent the French in America? I don't think so. She'd be bragging about if so. So, who does she think she is, I wonder? Why did she not leave it to the French to deal with it? I mean, they seem to have had a handle on it.
But the point I am trying to make - the complaints and threats from the French may not have had as much to do with profits as legal maneuvering. Yes, they used the copyright laws as a pressure point - but I speculate this is only b/c this is the only point they have that gives them any authority.

Enjoy a nice read!

On the PURE webpage Sue Scheff has the nerve to state they offer programs "...we would send our own children to."
Does anyone actually believe Sue Scheff would send her son or daughter to Whitmore Academy?
Cheryl Sudweeks has been criminally charged with abusing 4 children.
Think Sue would trust the Sudweeks to care for HER own children?
-
Whats the deal with the criminal case against Sudweks? Is it dismissed or not adn what does scheff have to do with this case? I'm just wondering on her connectionnn.Anywon know?
-
Sue Scheff /Pure referred the children to Whitmore Academy.
The criminal trial for Cheryl Sudweeks is scheduled for September 2006.
The civil case is active against the Sudweeks.
-
Anyone have the date aand the court.

From the Caica/PURE website:
"P.U.R.E. continues to help educate parents on finding safe and qualified alternatives for children".
And what again are Caica/Izzy's and PURE/Miss. Scheff's QUALIFICATIONS to help find "safe and qualified" programs for CHILDREN?????
GED or high school diploma?
About as QUALIFIED as ROBERT BROWNING LICHFIELD of the famous WWASP/Premier/etc., etc. etc.
:wstupid:
-
Scheff couldn't even find a 'safe and qualified alternative" for her own daughter. She sent her daughter to WWASP Carolina Springs. Then Scheff continued to refer kids to WWASP programs, later to abusive programs like Whitmore. Now, why would any parent trust her with their own chid's well-being?
-
Good question. But, Scheff has another partner now,
