So, I have heard some pretty ridiculous things regarding Elan and mistreament of youth- psychologically damaging stuff... So I just wanted to let those of you know that there's a site where alumni from various schools are coming together to end this kind of coercion passing for care- it's not and for many it's damaging.  Even if one out of a hunder are harmed, that would never be legitimate form of care.  Please come and support our efforts

THANKS! We've been working hard on organizing  and developing avenues for activism... please come and support- we would like to hear from Elan people... we've defintely heard quite a few things that consitute mistreatment...certainly have heard of methods used that would be abhorrent to any ehtical mental health professional-- so please come advocate to prevent others from going through what some of you had to!

PLease spread the word- we can help inform people that this is not just an Elan problem, or WWASPS problem, but a systemic problem that needs to be addressed.
