Something like this (http://http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rmrecorder-save-Real-stream-to-disk.htm)   shareware would work to capture it, but I'm looking for something free if it's out there..any ideas?

Look,I dont want to get you in to any trouble,but you can tape a piece of tracing paper over your computer screen,and then,very carefully,trace them on to the paper while playing them back one frame at a time.
