He was a 12 year old who died at the STAR ranch in Texas after being restrained.  He was considered autistic.  Well, surprise, surprise, no charges will be faced in his death (as with most of the deaths)either. Martin Lee Anderson's case is the only one in which the guards at a state run camp were dumb enough to be caught on tape.  These circumstances make it virtually impossible for them to escape charges, I hope more program employees are this stupid in the future, so people can start paying for murdering these helpless children.
