I don?t equate distributing religious propaganda with piss tests. The former is religious recruitment; the latter is a violation of rights. Kids wouldn?t be suspended if parents didn?t send their kids to school with the religious propaganda, using them to further their own personal agenda. I wouldn?t want any other religious zealots passing out their propaganda at school either- Jehovah witnesses, LSD, etc.
