Depends.  You can get a decent one for between $100-150.  The Volcano (supposed to be the best on the market) is around $500-600.  Check a bunch of different sites and try Ebay.  A friend of mine got a great VApor Doc for right about $100.

I have been wanting a vaporizer for some time and I even got my wife semi-excited about it since you can vaporize other herbs also. I do not really let her see this site too much since you guys are so damn weird, and so was straight, but I had to because of something she said this morning. She said "my friend bought a vaporizer a year ago and she would know more about it than anybody". Imagine, my wife telling me about drugs!!!!!! Why would I trust the word of one stupi socialite over a thousand of my online druggie buddies. I showed her three threads so she would get the idea. I showed her I just, Vaporizers, and Druggy hore. We may be making the blt sandwich tonight and i may order a vaporizer today. thank you druggie buddies. On vaporizers...how do they work, and is it fun to use other herbs in it, etc etc?????????

Don't know about using other herbs, haven't ever tried.

The potential use of a vaporizer for other herbs intrigues me. We like to drink a lot of wine and one of the fun things we did in napa valley was to have a grape juice of every type of grape. For every wine there is a grape and tasting the different actual grapejuices was fun as shit. Doing lines in the bathroom was cool also but that many types of grapejuice is interesting......and i dare to say it..........a sort of wholesome activity.

I can't afford a vaporizer right now...I have a bad case of head lice- and I have to have cages built for each one of them. They will be my pets- don't try to tell me it's a waste of money.
