We are off to a good start here....
Here is another one towards the calculation: How about KHK sending children to what they call "Host homes", but what they really are are FOSTER HOMES, yet the homes that they send the children to are actually unlicensed to be foster homes. That is definitely breaking the law. KHK has no permit authorized by the state of Ohio to be a "referral agency" for fosters homes....and they are not an "outpatient" treatment center considering that "treatment" is also conducted and carried on at these "Host Homes" as per the programs rules. They are also not an inpatient facility b/c of the fact that the kids never sleep at the building. SO, they are breaking the law by acting as a "referral agency" for foster homes when they have no license or authority to do so.

Ye are correct! Neglect is a form of abuse, is KHK neglecting it's "patients"? They did when I was there.....right down to letting girls sit in their period blood flooded pants without letting them get clean.....sick and nasty and just plain neglectful and wrong!
Are they still using this neglect as a form of what they insist as being "positive peer pressure"?
So the law breaking tally for KHK if the neglect thing still exists is up to 8 now.

Is there a law against minors being watched while showering, defecating, and urinating? It wasn't unusual to have an oldcomer over the age of eighteen looking on. As an adult, I think about this often. What if I were to force my way into a bathroom occupied by a minor and then tell him that he could not shower or use the toilet without my supervision? Imagine the police being informed of this behavior. Not only would I get arrested, I'd be designated as a sex predator as well.

Here?s something else that just occurred to me. I live in Massachusetts. In the summer of 2004, a local contractor and landlord was caught filming his tenants (a single mother and her children) in the bathroom of one of his properties. One of the children had discovered the camera in a register vent, and the police were able to trace the cable directly to the man's house. He later committed suicide. The newspapers stated that there are no specific laws against filming adults (unless sound is used), but filming minors is definitely a criminal offense. Now consider the physical proximity of an adult oldcomer in a bathroom and how much more intrusive his or her presence is than a voyeur?s surveillance system.

Well hell yes! Don't ye think when ye are sent to a program like Straight Inc. or KHK where they strip search ye before going into group......being forced to strip off your clothes in front of like 4-5 other kids/adults (especially being restrained and strip searched) against your will isn't some type of molestation of sorts? Definitely a proxemis violation....
Also the bathroom....meaning non privacy in the bathrooms....and oldcomer watching a childs naked body while showering, and oldcomer watching while a child has a bowel movement or while urinating....and how about staff watching time-outters masturbating on a tiny video camera that is linked to staff office? What is that considered....????????

Just think about the trouble a parent in their own home would be in by employing the same practices - even with a child of the same sex.
There was an article some years ago - it might have been in FL - about a woman who was brought up on abuse charges for continuing to breast feed her 12 year old. Don't know the outcome of that.
But, it's loosely relvant in the sense that yes, you watch your four year old do poopies and praise him for it - that's not abuse. But invading your fourTEEN year old's privacy while he/she does poopies is quite something else... like sick.Were the power of Congress to be established in the latitude contended for, it would subvert the very foundation, and transmute the very nature of the limited Government established by the people of America.

KHK continues to defend the practice of bathroom monitoring because of suicide concerns, although now Penny Walker claims that no direct supervision is required. Oldcomers, she claims, now stand outside the ajar door of the bathroom, although conflicting reports have surfaced. We know that it's business as usual, and that one's business is not his or her private business as long as KHK has any say in the matter.
The enforced supervision of bathroom time is perhaps the most troubling aspect of the program's protocol. The claim that newcomers are a suicide risk and must be watched at all times is at best out of synch with other facilities that utilize healthy, non-abusive models of treatment.
Having spent time in KHK and then a hospital setting drug treatment facility, I can state with certainty that bathroom monitoring of this degree is not the norm. The hospital facility in which I spent six weeks had communal bathrooms with toilet and shower stalls. This program was very structured, and one was monitored frequently. Yet the qualified people who designed the protocol saw no need to trample upon basic human dignity because of suicide fears.

An excellent point. Bathroom monitoring to this degree brings into serious question the program's merit. If suicide is this much of a concern, then what about the program drives a patient there in the first place?
The severity of supervision is damning. They show that they are terribly concerned and must override all privacy in the name of client security. It's like a race against time, trying to keep your miserable starving lab animal from finding a way to eat poison and terminate its own misery.

NOTHING, on the surface.. but I think the motivation is different.
KHK and the rest of the klan believed they were doing "good" work in saving kids from themselves, even when the thinking part of their brains told them their job was all bullshit.
"Officer Scott" is far removed, although the outcome was the same. Don't know his motivation, but it really looks like a thrillseeking voyeur undertaking. We all know the answer already. Suicide is not the primary concern any more than the Ministry of Love's mission is to give love back to a thought criminal. The real purpose of bathroom monitoring is to push to the furthest degree possible the undermining of self reliance and self identity. The person is reduced to the toddler stage, while the bathroom monitor becomes a kind of new parent looking on. One is forced to accept the symbolism of the predicament. The ownership of his or her most natural and private functions is assured. Lesson after lesson of belittlement quashes the sense of self-ownership and reinforces the program's ownership of the non-individual.

These KHK people are obviously only thinking about the almighty dollar , once again unfortunately.....The abusive, systematic set-up of the program itself can make a child who feels helpless and trapped there not want to live anymore , therefore contemplating suicide.

Well I think that we can confidently add the tally as nine b/c of the fact that at times there are actual adult(oldcomers) looking on as a child client is using the bathroom, which would make it something like gross imposition of a minor maybe?

I would hope that you being a government entity will take care of this problem considering you license and approve an operating license for Kids helping Kids located in milford ohio every single year. Licensing a program that is breaking the law in such a way is against the law of Ohio.
I know that you read this website, this information is getting out to the people of Cincinnati very rapidly, and they are not liking what they are hearing based on Facts.
